Catriona plays flute alongside pianist Raymond Wui-Man Yiu and percussionist Ethan Windle as part of the Bolling Trio, performing Joseph Schwantner’s Taking Charge in London’s Conway Hall in the final of the 2024 Carne Chamber Competition.

Ethan, Raymond and Catriona began playing together in 2022, when they were Finalists in the 2022 Carne Chamber Competition performing Bolling’s Suite No. 1 at St. John’s Smith Square. They have subsequently continued to play together in a range of concert series both in and out of London, ranging from St. James’ Piccadilly to Famington Farm, South Warwickshire. They have commissioned and premiered new works by composers including Asha Parkinson and TL alum Nathen Durasamy, and are grateful to be supported in their activities by the Colin Blythe Award.
